Support — Padfall

Padfall is a portrait booster-landing game for iPhone running iOS 15 or later. It plays fully offline and has no accounts. Version 1.1 is supported by ads and sells optional paint schemes for the booster as one-time in-app purchases; version 1.0 has no ads and no purchases.

Paint shop and purchases (version 1.1)

"Shop" on the main menu opens the Paint shop, which shows the booster in each paint. Original Silver is always free. The thirteen country-inspired paints are one-time purchases through Apple at the price shown for your region. Tapping a paint only previews it; "Buy" opens Apple's purchase sheet, and after the purchase the paint shows "Owned" with an "Equip" button. Equip it, or return to Original Silver, in the same screen; the choice is kept across launches. Paints are looks only and give no gameplay advantage.

If a paint you bought is missing (a new device, a reinstall, or a purchase that completed later, such as Ask to Buy), tap "Restore purchases" in the Paint shop while signed in with the Apple Account that bought it. Refunds are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); a refunded paint is removed and the booster returns to Original Silver. Purchases never change the advertising settings.

Ads (version 1.1)

Padfall is supported by ads: a banner sits at the top of the main menu and a fullscreen ad can appear after a landing or crash, never during a flight. There is no setting that turns ads off and no purchase that removes them. Before the first ad, Padfall asks once whether ads may be personalized (Allow personalized ads or Non-personalized ads only); nothing is served until you answer, and personalization is never switched on without your answer. Not now closes the question for this launch: no ads are requested, the game plays, and the question returns next time. Privacy options on the main menu shows your current answer and lets you change or withdraw it at any time — the advertising service is told immediately and ads continue in the mode you chose. It also lets you withdraw your consent to the advertising service as a whole: Padfall then stops requesting ads, discards loaded ads and does not start the service at later launches (software already running in the current session stops only at the next launch); you can consent again there. Padfall does not request permission to track you across other apps and websites. Details: privacy policy.
